War in the South China Sea

Aside from Penn State and the crazy, James Holmes, shooting up a Colorado theatre there has been some disagreement in the far east.  Apparently there is a dispute building about the  Diaoyu Islands (called Senkaku Islands by Japan).  This involves China, and the Philippines mainly but other surrounding countries are keeping a very close watch.  Once issue is that China and the Philippines have over-lapping sea claims.  Which, I believe, is the result of this is a basin located near the Philippines that may have an energy and mineral gold mine.  Some have said that they are simply doing research by gathering samples of the water and soil but there are a couple of things that come to mind.

One thing is that China needs more energy and will need more energy for the future.  They have continued to purchase energy companies across the globe to assist in meeting their demands and have continued to explore for more energy resources.  With control over energy China has realized that they will not only be to meet their countries demands but also control the world’s supply just like they have control over many precious metals used within electronics and manufacturing.  Aside form the control aspects China has realized how precious energy commodities are and they have successfully moved the manufacturing of the world over to their country.

Now comparing sizes, does Philippines really have a chance on their own against China’s navy?  Well China has recently finished building the Hainan branch hospital.  “Which is located at Haitang Bay, Sanya City with a land area of 60 hectares. It began construction in August 2009 and was completed and put into trial operation at the end of last year, and formal operation on June 9.” as stated in a posting by China Daily Mail.  With this infrastructure there seems to be more than just exploration going on, but more like how hard can we push the buttons of the Philippines.  Now what is also interesting is that Japan can become involved and would pretty much destroy the Chinese Navy as they do have the backing of the United States.

Now ASEAN is trying to come up with a resolution as stated here within the Vancouver Sun, http://bit.ly/NPK63j, but it does not look good.  There could be a small Asian war over this and it seems a bit ridiculous that China would push this far, but how can you blame a country who takes land from their own people to make the government of China richer.  IS it just a larger scale of bullying or is it legitimate in regards to the dispute.  I could not locate the exact details of the dispute and I wonder if that is because of the great big hush China has demanded on this news.  We will need to wait and see how this gets resolved.

Dear website admin, your “https://canadiannewsview.wordpress.com/2012/07/23/469/” website was exactly what I was searching for but you were not on the first page of search results. You could get a lot more traffic if you were on the first page. I found another website which helped me get my websites ranked higher and drove a lot of traffic to me: http://venueseo.com/7-day-free-trial. I am now getting close to 1,000 visitors per day after signing up. I hope this helps 🙂
